EAST BALI SUNSET CYCLING
East Bali has always been a popular escape spot, not only for its beautiful beaches, but also for its remote nature,landscape, stunning panorama and also daily life of the local community. The sunset cycling tour is a lovely introduction to the beautiful East Bali back road all the way to Amed beach.
You will spend two and half hours biking throughout this green and rugged landscape of the island. From the north east slope Agung volcano 1000 meters from sea level through villages with it own unique of culture and tradition. We cycle and visit local wood carving, home made liquer (arak), chasew nut farm, rice terrace, salt panning and watching fisherman activity along the beach. Going on scenic roads along single track or back road and passing local villages is such great way to discover east Bali beauty in short way.
The experienced guide will give you lots of information on farming life and the ride end with choosing the right spot for sunset.

Verified Nice experience to see Bali in another way! We did the afternoon tour because they told us it would be too hot in the morning. And that was defenitely true. It was already warm enough now. But the tour was wonderfull and a great way to explore places you would never come otherwise! A fantastic way to see more nature and local places.

Verified Excellent bike ride My wife and I had a great ride with Robbie today. We rode in the afternoon but did what I think is normally the morning ride due to the weather and our hotel location. Incredible scenery and 95% downhill. Robbie did a great job with breaks, explanations, and even adjusting the route when one part was a little too difficult for us. Ended at the beach with a tasty local meal. Booked via WhatsApp.

Verified Awesome Bike ride Agung to Amed We did the morning bike ride 5 years ago so we did the afternoon ride this time. We were worried it would be too hot, our guide Bajing said not to worry, he was right, it’s much cooler at the top. Agung is spectacular and has the added bonus of keeping the sun off you in the afternoon, it’s also a very shady track. There are amazing views back over Amed, we rode through small farms and villages, almost no other traffic. Bajing was very knowledgeable about the volcanos and the farm produce. Children waving to us as we rode by and best of all it’s 98% down hill, we’re both 60yo and not really bike fit, but whilst tired by the end it was really worth it. This is a must do activity in Amed !

Verified Dit mag je niet missen als je op Bali bent!! De eerste tour na Corona periode en deze was geweldig. Het is echt een aanrader. De gids is super sportief en enthousiast en dat is enorm aanstekelijk. Je gaat eerst met de auto/busje een eind rijden, naar boven… zodat je alleen maar naar beneden hoeft te fietsen. De route is echt adembenemend. De begeleiding is super. Het eindpunt voor de lunch was echt geweldig. Ik heb echt genoten. Als je in de omgeving van Amed bent moet je deze fietstour boeken!!!

Verified Great morning ride! We did the morning half day tour with Mono, which was a lovely guy and allround good vibes, also did well with the stops. Beautiful rice fields and off-path parts, that made the ride great fun. Ended up on the amazing White Sand Beach for a super tasty lunch and chill. Highly reccomend!

Verified Bike tour with teens We recently did the morning bike ride with Mono . Excellent all round . Great scenery , quiet roads mixed terrain but suitable for most abilities . Mono was very accommodating , informative and professional . Highly recommend this tour for a family . The beach at the end is just spectacular and a very tasty lunch . A fantastic day enjoyed by everyone .

Verified Amazing bike tour!! Me and my boyfriend did the morning bike tour this morning, absolutely amazing activity! Mono the guide is amazing, very informative, happy to stop for us to take pictures and when we wanted to take a break. The bike ride ended with a refreshing cold towel and then a swim in a perfect sea and a lunch! Definitely worth it for the cost! Would reccommend to everyone! Thanks so much East Bali Bike for an amazing day! Best thing I have done on this trip in Bali!

Verified Couldn’t ask for a better tour My partner and I just completed the bike tour with Mono We can’t thank them enough, everything was great They arrived on time and after a friendly greeting we headed off. Do not be put of by the white van that picks you up as they speak English very well and are great, safe drivers. Lots to see on the drive to your starting point and the best view of Mt Agung We travelled through villages, rice fields, amazing hidden paths and lanes. I’ve been to Bali many times but felt this was definitely a highlight. Finished with a great lunch and a swim at the beach. Don’t hesitate to book this tour on your next visit.

Verified jihaaa adventurous we were so glad we did this bike tour. it is awsome! our guide was MONO and he did a great job. the beginning is very steep and rocky but just take it piece by piece and once you get the hang of it you will love it!!! the only thing for us missing where other tours like this, we would have done more...

Verified A great moment to see bali from another point of view We had the chance to be with Mono, our guide on this tour. A friendly and smily guy with a good English, who was always careful security wise. The bikes were functional in every way, and the tour went well. You get to see another bali, far away from tourism. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that want to move a bit from the scooter and the beach to see bali to another angle. At the end the restaurant was nice and appreciated.
